PARTNERSHIPS

Insure With Chaunte’ believes access to insurance education often begins with trusted organizations already serving individuals, families, and communities.

Our partnership strategy extends beyond traditional referral relationships. We work to build meaningful connections with organizations that are already helping people navigate major life transitions, employment changes, housing needs, financial challenges, healthcare access, reentry, and other circumstances that may affect their insurance needs.

IWC welcomes opportunities to partner with:

  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Reentry and transitional programs
  • Transitional and supportive housing organizations
  • Workforce development programs
  • Community outreach organizations
  • Social service organizations
  • Case management programs
  • Churches and faith-based organizations
  • Employers and small businesses
  • Independent contractor and gig-worker organizations
  • Healthcare and wellness organizations
  • Rehabilitation and recovery organizations
  • Senior-serving organizations
  • Veteran-serving organizations
  • Educational and community organizations
  • Financial and professional service providers
  • Government-funded community programs
  • Organizations serving justice-involved individuals and their families
  • Other organizations whose members, clients, employees, or communities may benefit from insurance education and access to a licensed insurance professional

HOW IWC SUPPORTS OUR PARTNERS

Our goal is not to replace the services an organization already provides.

We help strengthen the connection between those services and insurance resources.

When an individual needs help understanding Health Insurance, ACA Marketplace coverage, Medicare, Life Insurance, or other available insurance solutions, the organization can connect that individual with Insure With Chaunte’.

IWC then handles the insurance education and insurance-related conversation directly with the individual.

This allows partner organizations to provide an additional resource without requiring their staff to become insurance professionals.

Partnership support may include:

  • Insurance education
  • Individual insurance consultations
  • Health Insurance assistance
  • ACA Marketplace education and enrollment assistance
  • Medicare education and assistance
  • Life Insurance education
  • Educational presentations
  • Community outreach events
  • Referral partnerships
  • Insurance-resource navigation
  • Customized referral and intake workflows
  • Support for individuals experiencing major life transitions
  • Coverage-resource support for reentry and transitional programs

REENTRY & TRANSITIONAL COVERAGE PARTNERSHIPS

One of IWC’s growing areas of focus is helping organizations that serve individuals transitioning from incarceration, transitional housing, workforce programs, rehabilitation programs, or other major life changes.

Many organizations do an excellent job helping individuals with housing, employment, identification, transportation, benefits, and other essential services.

However, Health Insurance can sometimes become a separate step that is overlooked or delayed.

IWC can serve as the insurance resource within that transition.

Our goal is to help organizations create a clearer handoff so individuals who may qualify for Marketplace or other insurance options know where to go next for assistance.
